When can I ask for a refund? ▼
Refunds are only possible if there was a technical issue during your ordering process. Once a code has been sent and received by you in a valid state, it is not possible to return the Product code nor receive a refund. In case you purchased the wrong product, we maybe able to exchange it for the one you were actually looking for (conditions apply). Please reach out to us via the Customer support form and we'll do our best to assist.
Why do I have to verify myself? ▼
If you purchase products worth €500 or more, we will ask you to verify yourself to help prevent fraud and theft. How long will an automatic refund take? ▼
You will receive your payment within 1-7 working days, depending on the payment method used. If you experience any delays or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll assist immediately.
What should I do if I made a typo in the email address when I placed my order? ▼
If you inserted a wrong email address, please reach out to us immediately. If the code of the product you purchased is not used, we maybe able to cancel the order and refund your money. Please note that if the product code has already been used by the time you'll reach out to us, we may not be able to help. In any case we'll do our best to assist and send you a refund (if possible), but you should be extremely careful when inserting your email, to avoid money losses. The best thing to do is to create an account with us, so you'll be always covered. Refunds can take from 1 to 30 days depending on the payment method you used.
